A $90.00 flat rate per computer (drop off & pickup) provides the following services:

• Open the computer and remove any dust that has accumulated

• Delete all temporary internet and .tmp files

• Live update or installation of anti-virus software

• Perform all windows and computer updates*

• Scan and remove computer viruses, spyware and malware*

• Disk cleanup, optimization and defragmentation

• Remove any unnecessary start-up programs or scheduled tasks that may slow down your computer

• Remove any add-ons that may slow down your internet explorer

• Disk and memory scan

• PC diagnostics and gather information about your system

• CD ROM cleaning

• Add or remove any computer software

• Create a system restore point

• Provide information on how to backup and protect your computer

The total process time varies between 15 to 20 hours depending on the amount of files on the computer and the computer speed.
